Facebook will be adding a new feature to its Pages, where the admins of those Pages will see who posted the contents on behalf of the Page. This will be helpful for those Pages, which has multiple admins.
The new feature will be rolled out to every worldwide Facebook Pages on 20th February 2014 onwards, i.e., tomorrow.
As of today, if any Pages had more than one admins, then it was hard to find who posted the content. People used the simple tactics such as adding a *, #, $, @ mark at the end of the posts to identify the admins. Now, admins can take action against those other admins, who post rubbish contents to their official Facebook Page .
Facebook introduced this feature in early February and it rolled out the feature to some Pages, not for all.
Facebook said the following in its help document:
On a Page post, the name of the person who posted will be listed below the name of your Page next to Posted by. On a Page comment, the name of the person who commented will be listed below the comment next to Commented on by. Keep in mind that only people who help manage your Page can see this information.
However, admins can only see the feature added to those posts, which are posted on or after February 20. Facebook Page managers and admins could also see who posted and who scheduled posts in the Page activity log too.
