Lionel Messi is the cover star of FIFA 15 Game; not Cristiano Ronaldo

EA Sports has chosen the 27-year old Argentinian football player Lionel Messi as the global cover star for the latest FIFA 15 that is slated for a release in September. The title states Cristiano Ronaldo, because there were many rumors surfaced about him being used as the cover star for the next FIFA game.lionel-messi-fifa-15

Earlier Messi has been featured on the global cover of FIFA Street (2012), FIFA 13 (2012), FIFA 14 (2013) and this will be the fourth consecutive appearance of the Argentinean football player. EA Sports will reveal the other regional stars who will appear on FIFA 15 cover in the coming weeks. Boot marks of players will also appear and wet weather will cause spray effects. Other effects include vibrating goalposts, fluttering nets and responsive corner flags.
