Apart from the last November’s rumors and speculations, this time also analysts expect two different models of iPhone 6 based on size – a 4.7-inch as well as a 5.5-inch device, unlike the 4-inch size of previous iPhone models.
Analyst Brian J. White of Cantor Fitzgerald research firm claims the same 4.7-inch iPhone for competing against popular Android smartphones and 5.5-inch iPhones to compete against phablets, especially the Galaxy Note 3 and it will be launched by Apple in 2014. He also added that the smaller device could come as soon as possible, while the phablet could be released to the market by late 2014.
Meanwhile, Apple CEO Tim Cook said that the company has some big plans for 2014 and that could indirectly referring the “bigger” iDevices such as larger 12-inch iPad Pro and larger iPhone. Considering the overwhelming response to its iPhone 5s handsets, Apple could try to sell the same device through the fall and even when it feels the sales numbers slows down because of the iPhone 6 rumors and expectations.
As of now, only nine months left to see the exact iPhone 6 device, if the company continues its annual release cycle. Stay tuned on The Next Digit, as we try to bring the rumors and news, which are most talked-about.
