The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt gets a new update
The new Xbox One X patch for Witcher 3 looks similar to the one the game developer launched earlier this year for PS4 Pro. That update for the PS4 version of the game had also included 4K support while also adding a boost to performance. Furthermore, in the near future, the developer promised to release a new patch for PS4 Pro in order to add HDR support.
The 4K Mode of the game runs at 4K resolution at 30 FPS. On the other hand, the Performance Mode has a dynamic resolution, ranging from 1080p up to 4K, trying to run at 60 FPS. Both modes support HDR. However, to switch from one mode to the other, you will need to go to the Options menu and then choose Display. Next, you have to go into the section with Advanced settings where you will be able to opt for a change.
