Pantech has just unveiled a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 competitor – Vega Secret Note in Korea with 5.9-inch large screen display and much more high end features with blend of security features.
Pantech Vega Secret Note is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 3GB of RAM and as already said, with a 5.9-inch FullHD display with 1920 x 1080 resolution. 13-megapixel rear camera with all latest features, a 2-megapixel front camera, 32GB internal storage and has a USB host mode to connect with an external storage up to 2TB.
As the name of the phone suggests, the device is featuring plenty of security features – a fingerprint sensor in the rear panel, which not only help to unlock the device, but also provide the security to hide/show hidden phonebook entries, videos, music and photos. The smartphone also supports LTE-A and capability of viewing TV shows vi DMB technology of Korea. The homescreen launcher is custom made with tiles-like design, remind me Windows Phone tiles though. The device comes with a cover accessory and in the small window in front side allows you to use the stylus pen to write notes, similar to Samsung’s feature in their phablet. By the way, you would like to see the BLU Studio 5.5 quad-core smartphone with somewhat cool features and the price is just $179 without any contracts!
