Facebook, Inc. acquires PrivateCore to strengthen security

Facebook, Inc. has had a lot of issues with privacy policies and securities. But with the recent acquisition by Facebook Inc., one can expect more security measures from the social networking giant. According to the reports, Facebook, Inc. announced on Thursday that the organization is looking forward to buy out a ‘security’ enterprise. Facebook being the largest social network in the world with 1.32 billion monthly users, it is quite obvious to think about security. Additionally, Facebook has suffered a lot owning to issues related to privacy and security. The reports have it that Facebook Inc. is looking forward to buy PrivateCore, which is famous as security provider centers that provide internet services. However, Facebook has not made any statement in relation to the financial; clause of the deal. PrivateCore is a California-based Security firm founded in 2011 and is already worth in the millions. It will be interesting to follow the negotiation process that follows the initial talks. Facebook is probably in need of a dedicated Security partner as security is becoming more important for users day by day.
