The competition of upcoming Apple iPhone 6 vs Samsung Galaxy S5 is due to the dilemma taking place in buyers while choosing the right choice for them. Dimension:

Samsung Galaxy S5 has dimensions of 142*72.5*8.1mm and it weighs about 145 grams. On the other hand, iPhone 6 is rumored to come with the dimensions of 130*65*7mm and weighs about 113 grams.

Display:

Size of screen in iPhone 6 will be 4.7 and 5.5-inches; the Samsung Galaxy S5 has 5.1 inches of screen. Both of them have the same feature, multi-touch screen.

Storage:

Samsung Galaxy S5 has an internal memory of 16/32 GB and the iPhone 6 has 16/32/64/128 GB of internal storage. Samsung Galaxy S5 supports 128 GB of external memory card, whereas iPhone 6 has no external card slot in it. But some of the rumors says that, Apple planned to stop 16 GB version of upcoming iPhone 6 to boost the sale of 32 as well as 64 GB models.

Camera:

Apple iPhone 6 to come with same 8-megapixels of camera, but with up-to-date dedicated camera chip, while Samsung Galaxy S5 has double the amount of iPhone’s megapixels, to 16-megapixels of camera sensors.

Operating System:

Samsung Galaxy S5 provides Android KitKat operating system, the latest version of android. Upcoming Apple iPhone 6 will be operated with Apple iOS 8, which will be launched together with Apple iPhone 6.

Processor:

Upcoming Apple iPhone 6 will be powered with 2GHz dual-core 20nm 64-bit A8 processor. In the meanwhile, Samsung Galaxy S5 has Quad-core 2.5 GHz Krait 400 CPU in it. The Samsung Galaxy S5 is powered by quad-core and it is more powerful than the Dual Core processor. Since the Dual processor is manufactured by Apple corporation, it has more performance than the Quad core processor.
