Amazon at last ends all the speculations that were steaming in all around the internet media about the Smartphone. With the launch of Amazon Fire, the company made its entry into the world of Smartphones. The launch of Amazon Fire means that there is the birth of a potential competition to the likes of Samsung and Apple when it comes to the popularity on the scene of Smartphones. With the high speculations about the launch of the Smartphone coming to an end, the wait is to explore the features of Amazon Fire.
Well, with the first look on Amazon Fire; the impression that strikes is that the Smartphone is for all. The features that are on show by Amazon Fire simply make the Smartphone one real name in the battle. Amazon Fire boasts of a 2.2 GHz processor, a 2 GB RAM. The display of 4.7 inches makes Amazon Fire a well equipped Smartphone.
The real extravaganza lies in the camera as the primary one is 13 megapixels and there are 4 secondary cameras in the front. Well, as unique it is, the fact that Amazon Fire has four front facing cameras also makes it quite interesting about how to use them!
Amazon Fire will be coming with Amazon Cloud Drive with 5 GB free storage, access to Amazon app store. Another innovation that steals the show is the ‘Firefly’ tab which allows you to search for anything that you want. The tab behaves typically like Shazam but being a button just makes it better for me.
The one disappointment that the buyers will face is the lack of 3D view. Actually, the rumors were that Amazon Smartphone will be coming with 3D view but as it stands, the feature is only for maps and GPS. Amazon fire will be available for buyers at $199 for the 32 GB model and $299 for the 64 GB model.
