Game developers were busy unveiling popular new game titles at the Electronic Entertainment Expo event. Although it was touted as the battleground for top gaming console-makers, many video game companies showcased their best gaming titles for this year.
Here is a list of the top 10 games that were unveiled during the E3 event and we recommend out readers, not to miss these games.
1. Far Cry 4
Far Cry 4 from Ubisoft takes place in a mountainous area known as Kyrat and the enemy is a tyrannical king. The game is set in the snowy mountains which will give players for more skill-crafting than its predecessors. Gamers will look forward to the upcoming game as Far Cry 3 was well received and a commercial success.
2. Batman Arkham Knight
The upgraded Batman will re-enter Gotham City with an advanced Batmobile which will help in battling out larger enemies or to distract enemies. The gameplay will include more choices and style options during the course of the adventure. Batman: Arkham Knight will be released in 2015 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
3. Assassins Creed: Unity
Assassins Creed: Unity will be the seventh title from the series with new cooperative feature and gamers can bring in three more players from the Brotherhood of Assassins. The game is set in 18th century France and the hero will have to battle the Templars who want to control the world. Assassin’s Creed: Unity will be released in October for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
4. Halo: The Master Chief Collection
Microsoft’s Halo: The Master Chief Collection is a compilation of four Halo games that will provide hours of adventure with revamped graphics. The bugs in the older games are also updated and includes several maps, weapons and multiplayer options. The game is released as an introduction to the upcoming Halo 5: Guardians which will be released in 2015. Halo: The Master Chief Collection will be exclusively released for Xbox One.
5. LittleBigPlanet 3
LittleBigPlanet 3 from Sumo Digital will feature new challenging levels and three new characters for help. The multiplayer action game has more than 8.7 million user-generated levels that will be exclusively released for PS4 this November.
Destiny from developer Bungie, creators of Halo: Combat Evolved partnering with Activision Blizzard, is created using an open world concept where players can play in single or cooperative mode in a deadly world. The game allows the player to build his own story and has added MMO elements. Destiny will be released in September and will be available on PS3, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360.
Evolve is a four versus one multiplayer cooperative game where players can team up to battle out monsters which is also another player. The monster characters can evolve as the game progresses and involves a variety of monsters. Evolve will be released in October and will be available for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
8. No Mans Sky
No Mans Sky, a science-fiction story from Hello games that is set in an infinite universe with innovative gameplay and provides endless exploration for a unique experience to each player. The release date of the game is not yet known and will be available for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
Splatoon will allow the player to transform into a squid during gameplay and shoot ink at other players. The gameplay is funny and competitive and will be exclusively released for the Nintendo Wii U on 2015.
10. Super Smash Bros
Super Smash Bros will feature Pac-Man along with new characters in the 4 versus 4 action game. The game will be released with exclusive features for Wii U and 3DS console The game will be released for the 3DS in October and the WiI U version by the end of 2014. Nintendo unveiled the ‘Amiibo‘ toyline on Tuesday at the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) event, which will interact and come to life with a Wii U console.
The upcoming Battlefield Hardline will feature military conflicts in urban locales in the midst of cops and robbers in Los Angeles and Miami. Battlefield Hardline will allow the players to retain cash and levels earned during a round for unlocking weapons and other items. Steve Papoutsis, executive producer mentioned that the beta version of the game will be available on a “first-come, First-serve basis” for PC and PlayStation 4.
