As there are some rumors going around about the specifications of the device, let’s have a look at them. The device will have storage capacity of 128 GB and will become the Apple device having This huge storage other than Fourth Gen iPad . If you are going to buy an Apple iPhone 5S you will surely never run out of storage any more. Don’t forget about the iCloud storage is additional! The iDevice will run on a new A7 SoC coupled with 1 GB DDR3 RAM. The latest A7 Chip is designed by Apple itself, so the efficiency may be increased upto 20 %. Because Apple controls both the operating system and hardware for the iPhone 5S as it does before with all its devices, it can optimize the faster LPDDR3 RAM spec for the A7 SoC, keeping the amount of addressable memory to 1 GB.

For Camera Buffs, this device will sport a rear camera uses  a larger f2.0 aperture lens assembly with dual LED flashes and sensor will be remained untouched. The Home button is made up of sapphire and contains a finger print sensor most awaited feature which will be debuted into the Mobile Industry with the iPhone 5S.  As of now, the iDevice will be debuted in gold and some other colours other than traditional black & white colours. According to few trusted sources, Apple iPhone users will not get N.F.C for their devices. We have to wait till Sep 10 to see about the rumors are whether true or false. Apple is also releasing their budget iPhone dubbed as iPhone 5C on the same day.
