Motorola’s upcoming mid-ranged affordable smartphone, Moto E’s specifications has been leaked online, which shows that the device will be first released to Mexican wireless carrier Telcel with the model number XT1021.
According to the leaked image that shows specifications of Motorola Moto E (XT1021), the handset will be powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage space with expandable microSD card slot, while the device will have a 4.3-inch display with unknown resolution (may be, with 720p), 5MP primary camera, unknown front camera, FM radio, 2G/3G connectivity, Bluetooth, dual SIM support and a 1,900mAh battery.
Motorola Moto E will be running on latest Android 4.4.2 KitKat firmware out of the box and the most importantly, the handset will be significantly thinner than the Moto G and Moto X smartphones. Moto E will have a 6.2mm body, while the Moto X has 10.4mm and Moto G has 11.6mm thickness.
No pricing and availability details available, but rumors suggests that the handset will first arrive in Mexico in coming days with the price tag, lower than that of Moto G. Stay tuned for more updates on this story.
