Samsung could announce the camera-centric Galaxy K (S5) Zoom on April 29th at Red Dot Design Museum, Singapore as it has tweeted with an invitation poster – “Samsung Media Day, Kapture The Moment.”
First, we have seen the leaked specifications of alleged Samsung Galaxy S5 Zoom termed as Galaxy K Zoom that consist of 1.3 GHz Samsung Exynos 5 Hexa CPU with ARM Mali-T624 graphics, 4.8-inch HD display screen with 720p resolution, 2GB RAM, Android 4.4.2 KitKat and a 20MP primary camera with 10X optical zoom and Xenon flash (Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom has 16MP camera).
The key improvement of the device is in its size, as the Galaxy K Zoom smartphone will be slimmer than the predecessor. The leaked photo of the alleged Samsung Galaxy K Zoom is posted below, that shows that the back panel will be covered by leather-like material and the previous hump at the bottom of the device has been removed completely.
The specifications were leaked online by a Poland based tech blog, but the post has been mysteriously removed from the website. Stay tuned for more updates on this story. Mark your calendar and post your opinions in the comments field, below.
