T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3 users getting the KitKat update

Samsung has started rolling out the Android 4.4.2 update for the international version of Galaxy Note 3 about a month and half ago and the T-Mobile users are getting the update for their Note 3 handsets now, which is the software with version N900TUVUCNB4.

The reported firmware update is being rolled out via OTA (Over The Air) and there would be time difference to receive the update and that depends on your regions. You could manually check the update by going to Settings > General > About Device > Software Update. If you don’t see an update available for your smartphone, don’t worry, wait for 2-3 days more.
