Spigen’s Samsung Galaxy S5 case listing reveals 2 versions of phones

Samsung Galaxy S5 will be coming with two different versions, Samsung Galaxy S5 and Samsung Galaxy S5 Prime and importantly, one of them will not feature a physical home key.

This revelation came from an Amazon listing by the popular smartphone case manufacturer Spigen, which released 5 different types of cases for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S5 handsets and these are now available for pre-ordering.

This is the reason the rumors were conflicting with each other and was confusing to us about the on-screen button. In the image posted above, you can see a phone with home key and another one without the physical button. But, there could be a chance that those space below the display screen could come with the capacitive touch buttons, including the home key.

We can also expect that the physical button spotted in the photo could also come with the fingerprint scanner built into it. But, the rumors were pointing at a eye’s retina scanner to be featured in upcoming Samsung Galaxy S5. You can go to this post to learn about the leaked specifications of the device.

This is not the first time Spigen leaking the unannounced phone photos, as it leaked the similar cases and pics of unannounced Google Nexus 5 and Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

All the Spigen cases for Samsung Galaxy S5 are listed to be in stock on April 15. Is this a indication for the release date? Meanwhile, we have to see what Samsung will bring in its Unpacked5 press event at Barcelona’s MWC 2014, on February 24.
