The rumored Samsung Galaxy S5, here, SM-G900F comes with a Snapdragon 800 MSM8974AC 2.5GHz quad-core chipset with 3GB of RAM (similar to that of Galaxy J, but it has a MSM8974 2.3GHz chipset). This latest chipset is currently, only used in Gionee Elife smartphone. The smartphone was running on Android 4.4 KitKat during the benchmark and this version of OS, currently installed on Samsung’s only Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition. Adreno 330 GPU, 32GB internal storage, 1920 x 1080 resolution and 2MP front camera are the other revealed specifications.

AnTuTu team claims that the above model spotted comes with 1080p display resolution and there is a possibility that Samsung could be locked the screen at that resolution during the benchmark test. The rumored phone comes with a 16-megapixel rear camera, which available on Samsung’s only Galaxy S4 Zoom device. However, the Galxy S4 Zoom comes with completely different type of chipset and screen.

Finally, the camera was reported as a 16MP shooter – the only Samsung device with that resolution is the Galaxy S4 Zoom, but that has a completely different chipset and screen.

Till now, we haven’t received any proof, which could suggest that the Samsung SM-G900F is a Galaxy S5 smartphone, but it could also be another version of Galaxy S4. If it is a Galaxy S5, then we didn’t expected such a disappointing specs sheet for their upcoming flagship smartphone. Stay tuned on The Next Digit, for updates on this device, may be in January, Samsung could reveal its next flagship smartphone.
