Unveiling the Release Date for Red Dead Redemption 2

Game developers have announced the delay of Red Dead Redemption 2 which was initially scheduled to be released mid-year. Now, the game will launch on October 26 for Xbox One and PS4. They have released the news today, via an official Rockstar statement. Furthermore, game developers also released a bunch of new screenshots, triggering fans’ attention, increasing the excitement.

In the statement that they have released, they have apologized for the fact that they will need to delay the release of the game because they still have work to do. Developers need a little extra time to polish the game and make it fulfill fans’ expectations. They need more time in order to make sure the product they release will not disappoint gamers.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will be available for Xbox One and PS4

They have even thanked the audience and their fans for their patience, promising to bring an extraordinary game on the market. Game developers guarantee that all this wait will be worth it when they finally release it. Unfortunately, we won’t see a PC release this October. However, we hope that, at some point, this will happen.

If we were to look back, the PC version for GTA 5 was not released until after two other console generation releases. However, when they had released it, the game also included all the new features. Therefore, we hope that this might be the case for Red Dead Redemption 2, too.

Summing up

Fans of the game Red Dead Redemption 2 hope that it will also appear on PC sometimes in the future. For the moment, they are all excited about the PS4 and Xbox One versions which will soon be launched. Game developers have announced a slight delay and the game will appear on October 26. Hopefully, the game will not disappoint anyone and it will be worth the wait.
