Motorola Moto G unlocked affordable-cum-powerful smartphone made its way to Amazon to sell in U.S., which begins to take the pre-orders of off contract Moto Gs (currently only Black available).
Motorola recently begins to sell Moto G smartphones in U.S. directly from their website for $179.99 for 8GB model and $199 for 16GB model. However, Amazon also listed the handsets at the same price but Amazon is shipping the device two days after official website’s shipping date of December 2.
Google owned Motorola Moto G has a 4.5-inch edge-to-edge display with 720p resolution with 3rd-gen Corning Gorilla Glass protection, Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset with 1.2GHz quad-core processor as well as Adreno 305 GPU along with 1GB RAM. However, the device comes with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean out of the box and Smartphones running on Android KitKat will be available after January, the firmware update also will be rolled out starting from same month.
Note: In U.S., the Moto G, which is available on Amazon (see the source link) will work with AT&T and AT&T based MVNO only.
