Last month, Google promised the full-res photo and video backups as well as background sync and now delivered the feature with the latest version 4.6 update on iOS.
Now, after the update, users can upload the photos and videos at its original resolution until you finish up your Google cloud storage. Okay now, that is for the photographers and camera freaks. Here comes another important feature – location sharing. For one, when you fire up Locations, then Google + app will update your friends locations automatically. In order to use the location sharing feature, you should turn “on” the location in Google Search app.
10 days ago, Google+ for Android updated with the location sharing feature as well as Android Beam support. Apart from these, you will also get post in-line translation and unified search feature along with the update.
Now, iOS 7 users can enjoy almost every feature of Google + in their iPhones. If you haven’t tried Google + app on your iDevice, then go to Apple App Store and download the application now. Frank Petterson of Google + shared it in his Google Plus profile (embedded below).
