BlackBerry Priv applications are now available in Google Play Store, ‘Productivity Edge’ hidden features leaked

A few weeks ago, BlackBerry unveiled their first Android based Smartphone in the market. The device was moniker as “BlackBerry Priv” and Pre-order session started in the United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Along with shipping celebration, Blackberry is going to add all “Priv” stock applications in the Google play store. The listed application such as Blackberry Password Keeper, BlackBerry Camera, BlackBerry launcher, MicrosoftexFat, content transfer, BlackBerry service as well as DTEK.

BlackBerry official blog reports, “Today, BlackBerry is announcing two new additions to its handheld device roadmap. First, the company will launch a flagship slider device, Priv, which will run on the Android operating system, bringing together the best of BlackBerry security and productivity with the expansive mobile application ecosystem available on the Android platform. In combination with BlackBerry’s efforts to support Android for Work on the BES12 platform, the new device will offer best in class security for enterprise customers. BlackBerry expects the device to be available late in the calendar year in major markets in-store and online, and will release further details in the coming weeks.”

BlackBerry Priv smartphone image has been allegedly leaked shows hidden features of “Productivity Edge”. While talking about the BlackBerry Priv specification, it has got 5.4-inch dual-curved WQHD Plastic AMOLED display screen akin to Samsung Galaxy Edge series. Internally, we have Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808 that boost 3GB RAM. BlackBerry Priv runs on Android Lollipop (v5.1.1) operating system and likely to get Android Marshmallow in the future.
