Apple acquired another Chip maker Passif semiconductors

Hello everyone today i came to know that the tech giant Apple has bought a chip maker Passif Semiconductors recently. Anyone don’t know the price of the deal as the Company has not yet disclosed. As we can see Apple is buying small companies from time to time. We also know that the Apple had also bought a fingerprint sensor maker Authentec in the past. Its the apple trend to buy companies because Apple is more intrested in developing there own processors rather than depending on other for what they need.Till now Apple has acuired 45 companies from March,1988 to August,2013.As the release date of their flagship phone is getting near this acquisition really make a sense.
