Apple iPad Pro rumors: Sharp, Samsung to supply display panels

If the rumors are supposed to be a true one, then the upcoming iPad Pro could be expected to arrive later this year and also Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) already started to lining up their suppliers for the device’s components. Sharp and Samsung, both companies have already supplied lots of displays for most of the devices for Apple Products in the recent years. But due to yield issue of LG, the report says that LG, which supplied display for Apple in the past years. has been missed out from the list.

Rumors say that, Sharp will be considered as a primary supplier for providing display panel, whereas Samsung will be reportedly considered as secondary one.

So far we know that, the upcoming 12.9-inch iPad Pro comes with a 2732 x 2048 resolution with PPI of 264. It seems that Sharp will take the entire responsibility to supply display with the same resolution, and it is highly anticipated that Sharp will start supplying panels by September.

The Next-Gen iPad Pro comes with both iOS as well as OS X El Capitan, which makes the device as a hybrid one. According to the rumored specification, the device powered by A9 chipset, and also Type C USB port. In addition to this, the device comes with a new stylus with Force Touch, similar to the one found in Apple Watch.

The company has improved multitasking feature in the device, since there is a sharp decline in sales of Apple iPad. By adding improved multitasking, the Cupertino giant hopes that it offere enough innovation to make the iPad, a unique one.

Till now, there is no sort of official announcement made by the company.
