Nokia has decided to cut the price of its Lumia 1020 smartphone again and this time it reached $99 from the previous $199 at AT&T.
This is the second time, Nokia is cutting the price of Lumia 1020 Windows Phone. Initially, in July 2013, Nokia has launched the device for AT&T customers in US with the price tag of $299 with 2 years contract and after 2 months the price has been dropped to $199 in last September.
$99 offer is available at Amazon store and if you are the existing customers of AT&T, then you can renew the contracts along with the $149 Nokia Lumia 1020. Totally, the $200 price cut might bring the photography powerhouse smartphone to many hands during the holiday season, but the fact is many other companies also dropped the price of their smartphones targeting the Christmas sales, including Motorola’s Moto X for $99.
Regarding the specifications part, Nokia Lumia 1020 boasts a huge 41-megapixel Autofocus PureView camera with LED flash for video shooting and a proper xenon flash. The handset is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon S4 chipset with a 1.5GHz dual-core Krait CPU, 2GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage, Bluetooth 3.0, NFC, Wi-Fi and 4G LTE connectivity. 4.5″ Clear Black AMOLED display of 1280 x 768 pixels resolution. The 4.5-inches Clear Black AMOLED display with 1280 x 768 pixels resolution is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and the company included a special feature – PureMotion HD+ technology for lag-free animations on screen.
