Google’s Nexus 5 and Android KitKat 4.4 delayed by a month

Google was planned to launch its brand new device Nexus 5 and latest Android 4.4 version named as KitKat, a smartphone operating system launching has been delayed by a month.

According to a Smartphone review website that launching was planned on October 28. Google delayed the launch by a month and it is expected that Google will announce the date of launch of Nexus 5 and Android 4.4 together in November 2013. Google quietly posted a listing with price details of Nexus 5 on Google Play Store and later withdrawn.

Nexus 5, a smartphone made by LG, code named as “Hammerhead” expected to be powered by a 2.3GHz Quad-core processor with graphics processor Adreno 330. Its 5 inch screen size having HD resolution 1920 x 1080 pixel and on screen resolution is 1794 x 1080. it is expected to have 2GB RAM and a 13-megapixel rear camera. Android KitKat 4.4 totally has a new design and more user friendly interface than the previous versions. Android usually accepts commands in English language and now it can accept commanded in various languages and introducing SMS function to Google Hangout app.

Google Drive, Google Keep and Google hangout apps will be pre-installed in Android Kitkat 4.4. Some rumors says that the Nexus 10 tablet and Nexus 5 and Android KitKat will launch together. This tablet is rumored to have Full HD screen and manufactured by Asus.
