The year 2014 has been loaded with gadgets and the expectation is that the year 2015 is also going to be the same if not better. The last year saw the launch of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus breaking quite a few records. The gaming world also saw the launch of Microsoft Xbox One and Sony PlayStation 4, where the latter won the Gadget of the year award.
Last year, we also saw the launch of a few Android Wears, adding another dimension to the gene of Smart gadgets. Let us take a look at the most anticipated gadgets of 2015
HTC One (M9)
HTC One M8 has set a clear standard for it. Now it is probably the time for HTC One M9 to hit the market and set some new standards. One of the major expectations this time from the flagship device will be an improved camera. This is where the smartphone maker must take a note of from iPhone and Lumia and add a bit to the camera. The rumors are that the successor to HTC One M8 will be released sometime in early March, 2015.
Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy Note 5
Samsung Galaxy S5 and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 are the two flagship devices by the Asian giant well capable of taking on a competition with various Apple Products. This time Samsung is possibly looking to change a few things for its flagship devices. Not a lot is clear about what is going on, but the rumors are that Samsung Galaxy S6 is due to hit the market in the near future. We will be expecting a few hardware upgrades with an improved camera and internal storage. The rumors also suggest that Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will also be launched sometime later this year.
Apple iPad Pro and iPhone 6S
Apple has been riding a lot of success on the back of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, which were launched last year. The expectation is that the iPhone maker will hit with something more this year and the rumors point to an upcoming 12.9 inch iPad Pro and iPhone 6S. The 12.9 inch iPad Pro is even rumored to be coming with a stylus to add more to the user experience. Not a lot is known about the arrival of iPhone 6S, which is probably the most anticipated gadgets of 2015.
Microsoft Surface Pro 4
The anticipation about Microsoft Surface Pro 4 is certainly at its height owing to the good response for Surface Pro 3. The previous model was packed with hardware that delivered a real punch coupled with the exquisite features. Microsoft has added a lot to Surface Pro 3 and the results were clear when the device hit the markets. The expectation is that Microsoft will add a few more features to Surface Pro 4, landing the device into a tough competition with the other counterparts. It will be interesting to see how Microsoft manages the expectations with Surface Pro 4, when it releases. The rumors are that Microsoft might launch Surface Pro 4 sometime around May 2015.
Amazon Kindle Fire
The Kindle Fire Tablets have performed well up to the expectations. In fact, Amazon Kindle Fire has outperformed a few high end Android Tablets in the past. The rumors are that Amazon will be launching another model of Amazon Kindle Fire, but there is no news about its design, features, specifications, etc.. It will not be surprising to a few individuals to see Amazon launching a new Kindle Fire Tablet with a 12 inch display with Android L. The expected date of release of next Amazon Kindle Fire tablet is around late September, 2015.
