MLB 15: The Show, that was announced during the PlayStation Experience event is set to release for PlayStation 4, PS3 and Vita on March 31. The trailer reveals Yasiel Puig of Los Angeles Dodgers and will feature on the official game cover.
The developer of MLB 15: The Show has allowed players of the previous MLB 14: The Show to transfer the progress of the character to every series of “The Show”. For the fist time, the game will feature real equipments from MLB manufacturers. Sony showed the gameplay of the upcoming game during the keynote. However, developers said a lot of footage could still differ in a period of three months.
The upcoming title is the 10th entry in the series and will include a new commentary format unlike its predecessor which had repetitive commentary. While MLB 14 has shown its impressive visuals, SSCE San Diego promises some major improvements in MLB 15 as well. The teaser displayed the impressive graphics and Yasiel Puig scores a goal against San Francisco Giants.
Puig was chosen as the official star for the cover as he was selected to play in Japan with the MLB- All Stars. Baseball fans also get an opportunity to avail a bat signed by Puig through the twitter contest. Though he has remained the league for only two years, Puig has shown impressive performance as All-Star Center fielder for Los Angeles Dodgers. Representatives of the developer stated that the there will a prominent display of player features and the YouTube listing of the game mentions a refreshed franchise mode. More details regarding the game will be revealed during its release in early.
