HP unveiled good resolution 8-inch Slate Pro tablet, to compete with Apple iPad mini 2 and Samsung Galaxy Note 3. HP Slate Pro designed with bit rounded corner edge and thick white color body. When compared Samsung & Apple tablets, this 8-inch tablet has 1600×200 resolution 4:3 ratio IPS display screen and runs on Android 4.2 operating system. Google may roll-out upcoming Android 4.4 (KitKat version) in future. HP included Nvidia’s speedy Tegra 4 CPU chipset and 2 GB RAM to perform task quickly.
According to HP, Slate has inbuilt Micro HDMI slot, Micro USB port, and Audio enhancement on side. 8-inch tablet has 2-mega pixel front-facing camera for video calling through Skype or any other network and sharp 8-mega pixel camera on back. Tablet body is finished with high end and volume button is placed on upper side back. There is no exact information about internal memory, may be it comes with 16GB and 32GB variant. We can also expand memory with MicroSD slot and HP brand included 5000+ mAh long life battery.Moreover price of Slate pro is yet to announce and beaten Sony’s Xperia Z Ultra in resolution.
