One of the glitches were about crowds appearing out of nowhere including people running and floating in the air. The game brings in random characters during important sequences. Missing faces with floating eyes and eerie mouth along with hair glitches are among others. Apart from the glitches in the latest game, a gamer posted an error in the end credits of Assassins Creed: Rogue.

“We understand that players are experiencing difficulties with ACU and we are listening to their feedback. Our team is furiously working to resolve bugs and performance issues on all platforms,” said Ubisoft in a statement.

The publisher stated that it is listening to the feedback of players and the difficulties they are facing with ACU. The company also mentioned that a Live Update Blog has been created to provide real-time information on what bugs were being fixed directly to players. ACU once again brings players to the 18th century Paris though the character of the game is based in the present day. He is transported to earlier memories though the mind of his ancestors. Unity is based on a character called Arno and is based upon French revolution.

Ubisoft’s development team is investigating various bugs in the in-app purchases, payment problems and graphics issues like missing faces. The developers stated that crashes, loading issues and Arno getting caught in hay carts will be fixed first. The company has already released an update for the time being and players using a retail copy can connect to the internet. Videos of the glitches are being uploaded by gamers everyday, most of them which are funny. More updates are expected to be released in the coming days as the teams are working hard to fix the issues.
