The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and Sony Xperia Z3 has been announced at the IFA trade show in Berlin. Apart from Apple iPhone, both the devices has been anticipated by the gadget lovers. These devices are the flagship of the respective buyers and they provide exciting features for the device users.
Since, Xperia Z2 had not got much popularity among the users, Sony has introduced Xperia Z3 with brilliant features. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is heavily anticipated by the Galaxy users for its huge sized screen with its brilliant features. Both of them are going to hit the global market at the end of this month, and here you can compare both of the giants before you were buying it.
Both of the devices completely differ in screen sizes and also display technologies. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 comes with 5.7 inch screen with QHD resolution, that supports a resolution of 2560 x 1440. The screen comes with Super AMOLED display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 for scratch resistant display and this will protect the device from the physical damages.

While comparing Sony Xperia Z3 with Samsung Galaxy Note 4, the pixel density of the devices is varying very broadly. Xperia Z3 has PPI of 424 whereas Galaxy Note 4 has PPI of 515, this makes the Note 4 to get an advantage in Display section.
While comparing to Xperia Z2, Z3 has 0.2 mm thickness bezels on the sides, this makes the device less wide than the previous model. The devices measure 146 x 78.6 x 7.3 mm and it is lighter than the Xperia Z2, approximately Xperia Z3 weighs 11 grams less than Xperia Z2. Galaxy Note 4 is the first smartphone that comes with Qulacomm Snapdragon 805 chipset, which is considered as the top most upgrade for the device. The chipset comes with a Quad – Core processor with a clock speed of 2.7 GHz and provide 30% more performance with Adreno 420GPU. The jump from S801 to S805 chipset provide excellent graphics as well as performance of the device.
While comparing with Note 4, Sony Xperia Z3 has lacked in Snapdragon 805 chipset as well as Quad-HD display. It comes with Snapdragon 801 chip with 2.5 GHz clock speed.
Sony Xperia Z3 comes with an on-board internal storage of 16GB and has an extension microSD card. While, Note 4 comes with 32 GB of internal memory and also offers a card slot for external memory. Both of the device comes with 3 GB of RAM for smoother experience.
Camera and Connectivity:
Sony Xperia Z3 comes with 20.7 mega-pixel camera with superior imaging performance. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a 16 mega-pixel camera with f2. 0 aperture lens, this makes the images more clearly. Also, it comes with Optical Image Stabilization, and it is the first Galaxy smartphone that comes with OIS. Sony Xperia Z3 offers 4G technology with LTE Cat.4, and like other smartphones, it has Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, Wi-Fi. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has superior features while comparing to Sony Xperia Z3, it has LTE Cat.6, which supports download speed up to 300Mbps. In the meanwhile, it has Wi-Fi 802.11ac protocol, that lacks in Sony Xperia Z3. Rest of the Sony Xperia Z3 features are found in Note 4.
Conclusion: Both of the devices runs in Android 4.4.4 Kitkat and Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be the best option between the two devices. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 powered with QHD display with Snapdragon 805 chipset, that makes it a more powerful smartphone.
