Amazon has announced two new versions of devices, which includes $100 tablet and $200 Kindle Voyage. Amazon targets the masses with its $100 tablet and also offer high e-reading experience to its users through $200 high pixel density e-reader.
In Press Release, Jeff Bezos, Amazon.com Founder and CEO Said,

With the thinnest design, highest resolution and highest contrast display, reimagined page turns, and all of the features that readers love about Kindle—books in seconds, no eye strain or glare, readability in bright sunlight, and battery life measured in weeks, not hours—Kindle Voyage is crafted from the ground up for readers.”
Kindle Voyage is the thinnest e-reader that Amazon has ever released and it comes with magnesium body. Amazon Kindle Voyage has a very crisper display that offer high pixel density and it is comparatively brighter than $100 Kindle Paperwhite. Amazon Kindle Voyage comes with 3G connectivity and Kindle Paperwhite has a plastic body that runs the same software, similar to its predecessors.
Regarding the same, the company said,
The $200 Kindle Voyage is the thinnest Amazon e-reader so far and has a magnesium body. Its flush display is much higher in pixel density and 39% brighter than Amazon’s $100 Kindle Paperwhite, making it easier on the eyes, especially in direct sunlight.
The main aim of launching $100 Kindle is to reach more audience as possible and Amazon Vice President Peter Larsen is more confident in launching e-readers in lower prices. He said, launching, lower price devices will boost up the trade stuffs and also he said they used to hear the above information from their customers all over the time.
